1. Digital Products and Access

TiKAT provides digital challenge kits, downloadable workbooks, and access to an exclusive community. Because these are digital products with immediate access, we generally do not offer refunds once the content has been accessed or downloaded.

2. Exceptions

We may consider a refund within 7 days of purchase only in these cases:

• You have not accessed the community or downloaded any materials.
• A technical error prevents access to the product and our support team is unable to resolve it.
